
Welcome to A+ Academy. This informational page should provide all the current information that you
will need to begin your new school year with us. Please let us know if you
have any further questions.
Supplies- We are a no back pack school. Those children needing to carry a change of clothes, a
parent provided laptop or a special medical device are an exception. Supplies are to be kept at
school in a locker. If the student wants their own key to their locker the fee will be $2 -
The school and its staff will not supply them.

2-12 pack of pencils (plain)
1 Ruler with centimeters & English linear measure

2 5 pkg. of pocket dividers for binders
1 desktop organizer or container for supplies
2 paper solid color pocket folders with prongs
4 containers of antibacterial wipes
2 pkg. of eraser tops for pencils or 2 lg. erasers
1 transparent water bottle
1 Headphone
that fully covers ears (no earbuds)

Dress
Code- All shirts must be Incredible Horizons or A+ Shirts. Pants/
shorts/skirts must be worn
at waist. Shorts and skirts are to be at least to the ends of the student’s
fingertips in length. Clothing
may not have holes or inappropriate writing. Flip flops and socks can be worn in
the building since we
are a glass-free environment. However, they needs appropriate shoes for team
sports. Flip flops,
slippers and socks may be
worn in our glassfree environment. Appropriate shoes are required for sports.
Special Services- Brevard Public Schools offers speech services on site.

Fontan in Brevard County to see if there are any services or technology that
they can provide. Her
phone number is 633-1000 x531. Behavior analysis is available during the school
day with a contract
through our provider. We will transport to Occupational Therapy for those who
have insurance for that
provider. Please let us know if you would like referral forms for these
services. Any private providers of
any service that you currently use are welcome to visit the school.
